Yes. Pre-orders are open. Devices ship and activate from January 2027.

What's the difference between Driver ELD and PFO?
Driver ELD and PFO are two plan levels. PFO is the fleet plan level and sits above ELD.
One OBx is included with each paid Driver ELD subscription and each paid PFO vehicle.

What do the plans cost?
Driver ELD: US$29 per driver/month. PFO: US$49 per vehicle/month. Prices exclude applicable taxes.
Month-to-month, no lock-in.
Does PFO include ELD, or do I pay for both?
PFO includes ELD. You don't buy two plans for the same vehicle. PFO includes unlimited authorized ELD driver users for each vehicle you pay for.

What is OBx?
OBx is the OneRoad onboard device. One OBx is included with each paid Driver ELD subscription and each paid PFO vehicle.
Is a vehicle connector or harness included? For eligible paid USA presale orders, yes, where your truck needs one. Each eligible paid unit includes an OBx plus the appropriate qualifying connector or harness, at no additional connector charge. We confirm the right one from your truck’s make, model and year after you order. Outside the presale offer, the connector is obtained separately; contact us at support-us@oneroad.io.
Drivers
I drive for a company — can I buy this myself?
Drivers can subscribe to Driver ELD themselves. If their fleet later provides OneRoad through a PFO subscription, the driver can cancel their personal subscription and use the fleet-provided service. Their personal OBx is not transferred to the fleet.

I already use another ELD provider — can I switch?
You can pre-order without changing anything with your current provider today. Devices ship and activate from January 2027.
Account and billing
What do I pay when I place a presale order?
Your first subscription month is paid when you place your presale order. It begins on successful activation after the relevant OBx is received. Delivery alone does not start service or recurring charges.
When do recurring charges begin?
Monthly recurring subscription. The first recurring charge is due after the complete prepaid month has ended. Recurring terms and charges must be expressly accepted at checkout.
How do I request cancellation?
To request cancellation, email support-us@oneroad.io with your order reference or account email and the subscription or vehicle seats you want to cancel. Do not send payment-card details. We will confirm the affected subscription, the effective date and any applicable fee or refund. Removing a vehicle from the application or disconnecting an OBx does not by itself cancel its paid subscription.
What hardware warranty applies?
24-month Limited Hardware Warranty from delivery. A covered faulty OBx is replaced after it is returned and received, as described in Section 13 and the Limited Hardware Warranty.
