Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation and refund arrangements for USA presale orders for Driver ELD and Predictive Operations for Fleets (PFO).

Effective October 26, 2026.

This policy explains cancellation and refund arrangements for USA presale orders for Driver ELD and Predictive Operations for Fleets (PFO) placed with OneRD Pty Ltd, an Australian company trading as OneRoad. Read it with the Presale Terms. Rights that cannot lawfully be excluded continue to apply.

Your first subscription month is paid when you place your presale order. If you cancel before successful activation:

The retained US$29 is part of your prepaid subscription payment and covers OneRoad's unrecovered OBx cost. It is not an additional presale hardware invoice. Any refundable tax is included in the refund. Different rules apply if OneRoad cannot meet its shipping obligation or applicable law requires a refund, as explained below.

The first subscription month is non-refundable, and an additional US$29 cancellation fee applies for each affected device. This charge is separate from the first-month payment. The policy does not create a minimum two-payment subscription term.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing month. There is no partial-month refund and no device cancellation fee. We will confirm the cancellation effective date.

You can request cancellation of some or all paid PFO vehicle seats. Apply the cancellation rule to each seat according to whether it has been successfully activated and, if so, when. A paid seat not yet received and activated does not incur recurring subscription charges.

Reducing the number of vehicles shown in the application does not by itself reduce the paid subscription quantity. Request the subscription change expressly. A paid quantity reduction normally takes effect on the next billing cycle without a partial-month refund; an affected seat within its first 30 days remains subject to the early cancellation rule above.

If we cannot meet the promised shipping time, we will provide the notice and choices required by applicable law. If we cannot meet the promise to ship within 90 days of your order, you may agree to a revised date or receive a full refund without a cancellation fee. The full refund includes any original outbound shipping amount you paid. These rights are not reduced by the ordinary cancellation charges above.

You ordinarily keep the OBx after cancellation, and OneRoad remotely deactivates it. Cancellation does not create a new right to use it with an unpaid subscription. Approved warranty returns follow the Limited Hardware Warranty instead.

Email support-us@oneroad.io with your order reference or account email and identify the subscription or PFO seats you want to cancel. Do not send card numbers. We will confirm the applicable fee or refund and effective date. A failed payment alone does not create a device cancellation fee.

Refunds are returned to the original Stripe payment method and include refundable tax. Your payment provider controls when a processed refund appears on your account. This policy does not restrict any refund, dispute or other right that applicable law gives you.

There is no separate charge or refund for an item supplied under Section 6.8 of the Presale Terms. If an order is cancelled before it ships, the item is not supplied.
